The Omni benefits package has been enhanced once again this year. We have made improvements that make us top notch competitive among home health agencies nationwide. Some of the highlights are:

• Omni's HMO medical plan is now available nationwide to all sites.
• All Company plans are now Open Access, which means no referrals needed.
• Omni introduced the POS plan that is functional in AND out of network.
• Negotiated 2 FREE options for vision discounts with AETNA and MetLife.
• Reallocated the vision allowance to the dental plan.
• Contained the 15% industry wide insurance cost increase.
• Increased the allowance for Medical benefits to $315 monthly.

OMNI wants to be the employer of choice in Home Care. Although our Open enrollment period is now completed, the Company remains vigilant to new ways to improve benefits on an ongoing basis.
